Key Responsibilities

As an Online Panelist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
• Completing written and oral instructions provided by our team
• Sharing your honest opinions and experiences with our clients
• Participating in online or in-person discussions, as required
• Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services
• Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection
• A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No prior customer service representative experience is necessary
