Job Summary

As a Lead Network Engineer Data Center, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of arenaflex's data center network infrastructure. You will work closely with our team of engineers and architects to develop and implement network solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our data center network, and you will play a key role in driving business growth and success through innovative network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the audit, design, and implementation of complex network applications, data centers, voice and other specialized systems and services

• Use Ansible automation and Python scripting to improve high-volume and high-risk tasks for colleagues
• Work with JSON, RESTful APIs, and other data formats to design and implement network solutions
• Assess and survey network requirements to extract information, develop standard procedures, or perform limited programming to adjust systems
• Recognize emerging/new technologies to support new business demands (requiring new features) or to fill gaps with current deployed network technologies
• Examine and record industry best practices
• Record assessment metrics
• Create and participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) at vendor sites for new technologies and services
• Approve/validate and refine high-level architectural plans created by Engineering or Design teams
• Create and maintain client case/testing requirements for Lab and Mix testing at WF lab for new technologies and services
• Ensure new item/service is supported end-to-end
• Foster scripts and templates for new services (results to Arrange Designing)
• Define plan components, Declaration of Work to engage the LAB to establish new development conditions for Answers to be created (Give Bill of materials equipment/software)
• Impart finished development steps and things to do
• Collaborate with other critical support groups (Security and Network Engineering to protect network infrastructure with generally essential direction for arenaflex Server farms
• Capacity to interpret intricate technical needs into clear demands for data and collaboration, working with a large number of individuals

Required Capabilities, US

* 3+ years of Network Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 3+ years of network automation development using languages like Ansible or Python
