Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Event Relations and Operations

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Event Relations and Operations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our event database, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional support to our VIP guests. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:
+ Maintain and update our event database in Streak, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. + Coordinate gift presentations, including research, procurement, and fulfillment. + Manage vendor library, status reports, and other internal records. + Process and reconcile p-card charges and sales transactions.
Event Facing Responsibilities:
+ Support event activities for promotional, brand, and special mission shoots, including Hulu and Corporate Disney events, such as Candid, TCAs, and D23. + Assist with directing event support for asset opportunities for our VIP guests, including the Kardashians, Selena Gomez, and other high-profile individuals. + Coordinate experiences, such as dinners, Disney Parks excursions, games, and shows.
Event Logistics:
+ Arrange participant lists for debuts and special events, including supervising filler association and conceptualizing invitations. + Distribute e-vites and manage RSVP lists. + Label and seat guests for events. + Provide on-the-spot support and leadership for GA and VIP registration.
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of work experience in event or capacity relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with unparalleled interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high level of trustworthiness.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in the entertainment industry, including knowledge of buzz-worthy titles, new talent, and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with the entertainment industry, including knowledge of major studios, networks, and talent agencies.
- Experience with event planning software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
