Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our digital database. Your key responsibilities will include:

Data Management

+ Gather, collate, and prepare documents and materials for data entry. + Input and update data in digital databases while ensuring accuracy. + Conduct research to complete missing information in documents or materials.

Database Maintenance

+ Perform regular database updates, backups, and monitoring. + Review databases for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections. + Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems.

Document Handling

+ Create digital documents from paper records or dictation. + Review all documents for accuracy, flagging inconsistencies to supervisors. + Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and related documents.

Administrative Support

+ Perform clerical duties, including scanning, filing, and printing. + Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities:

+ Exceptional typing speed and accuracy. + Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. + Ability to handle and process high volumes of data accurately. + Good understanding of databases and digital/paper filing systems. + Excellent time-management and multitasking skills. + Attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods. + Strong verbal and written communication skills.
