Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing massive datasets to discover patterns, trends, and correlations that contribute to business goals.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to outline and prioritize analytical initiatives, identifying key metrics and objectives.
• Developing and maintaining data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conducting exploratory data analysis to discover insights and generate hypotheses for further investigation.
• Collaborating with engineering and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Performing statistical analysis to validate findings and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making across departments.
• Designing and executing A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of changes and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

To succeed as a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field) with 2+ years of working experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL.
