Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management
- Providing accurate information about Nuuly's products, services, and policies
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly's values and brand voice
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Identifying patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Availability to work evenings on weekends
- Self-motivation with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savviness with proficiency in using CRM tools and other software
