Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to arenaflex products and services
- Assisting customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Technical proficiency with computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer service platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform job duties remotely
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
