Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our remote data entry team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing customs documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, and management at all levels.

  • Process customs documentation, including import and export shipments, using various systems and reference materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including customs laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including documentation and tracking information.
  • Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, and other arenaflex activities to deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as needed.
  • Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed, and perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration).

  • HS Certificate or GED required.
  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner).
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in international trade, logistics, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of customs laws and regulations, including Harmonized System (HS) codes.
  • Familiarity with various systems and reference materials, including customs databases and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
