What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with veterinary facilities: Arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests via phone and email.
- Data entry and analysis: Accurately enter prescription information into our healthcare software and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Client communication: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration and teamwork: Work closely with our veterinary support team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience
in a customer-facing or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication skills
