Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with strong data entry skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by form type
- Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits
- Process claims and ensure accurate transmission to clients
- Receive, process, and classify documents from electronic and hard copy forms
- Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
- Classify documents based on contract requirements
- Verify data from automated data extraction tools
- Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
Position Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
- Must be able to pass a typing test
- Must be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
- Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to sit for long periods and work overtime if needed
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Base salary: $26,600.00 - $33,250.00 per year
