Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry & Authorization Reviewer with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills in MS Excel and domain skills in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer. This is a day shift position with no travel required, offering a flexible and comfortable work-from-home arrangement.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry & Authorization Reviewer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing available Auth for pending claims to verify due process was followed
• Data entering the pending Auth Client systems
• Ensuring legal compliance
• Referring suspicious or complicated Auth to investigators
• Collaborating with other professionals to determine Auth validity and cause
• Possessing a strong understanding of Claims, Appeals, and Medical Benefits
• Demonstrating proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
• Exhibiting good written and verbal communication skills
• Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information
• Possessing knowledge of data entry and transcription

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and verify Auth for pending claims to ensure due process was followed

• Enter data into the pending Auth Client systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with other professionals to determine Auth validity and cause
• Referring suspicious or complicated Auth to investigators for further review
• Possessing a strong understanding of Claims, Appeals, and Medical Benefits
• Demonstrating proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
• Exhibiting good written and verbal communication skills
• Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information
• Possessing knowledge of data entry and transcription

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefits data
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
• Experience or knowledge in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer is a plus
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve benefits-related issues
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Certifications Required

* MS Excel Certification

• Benefits Administration Certification (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• Annual salary between $15.00 - $17.00, depending on experience and qualifications
