Requirements:

* 0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional support.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on customer service, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to delivering exceptional support and service.

Available Shifts and Compensation:
