Job Overview

As a remote Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with individuals who have expressed interest in our supplemental benefits.   • Reaching out to individuals who have requested information regarding our benefit options
  • Scheduling and conducting Zoom meetings to present and elucidate available benefits
  • Tailoring new benefit plans and modifying existing plans based on each client's current requirements
  • Establishing and nurturing strong, trusting relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Conducting benefit reviews and providing assistance with claims or adjustments for current clients
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing members’ needs with diligence and attentiveness
  • Resolving any client inquiries or concerns related to their benefits
  • Ensuring all client documentation is precise and up-to-date, performing necessary updates as required

Key Responsibilities
