Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members with their healthcare needs. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and concise information regarding benefits, claims, and plan details, and troubleshooting and resolving member concerns. Your role will involve working from the comfort of your home, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a positive experience for our members.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members with their healthcare needs

  • Provide clear and concise information regarding benefits, claims, and plan details
  • Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns, ensuring a positive experience
  • Document interactions and follow up on issues as needed
  • Stay up to date on products, services, and processes to provide accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all healthcare privacy regulations

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in a call center or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and internet connection for remote work
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
