As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers
- Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
- Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
- Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers
- Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating your technical skills and adaptability
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers
- Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers
- Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating your understanding of the industry and its challenges
