The Role

As a Virtual Customer Care Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for leading the way in providing exceptional customer service and support through our virtual chat platform. You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

* Execute development for a range of multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring that best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are included early on in project ideation.

  • Write high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, producing, maintaining, and modifying digital experiences and user interfaces.
  • Partner with the UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences, ensuring that all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery, providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight for developers on project-based work.
  • Partner with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and use learnings to optimize overall development processes.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end development technologies.
  • Experience with back-end development technologies such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Django.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

* Experience with virtual customer care chat platforms and technologies.
