Job Summary
We're seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our millions of plan members. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and offer solutions to help simplify their health care experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help them better understand their coverage and options
- Take inbound calls and interact with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
- Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer personalized support and guidance to help simplify our members' health care experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health care trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months of health care experience
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
