Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Monica, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to support business decisions and drive growth

• Answer business-critical questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams, including D+ and Hulu, to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate on the design of analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights and products
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, correlation, and more) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business outcomes

What You'll Bring

* Unbridled enthusiasm, high intellectual and scientific strength, and a passion for data-driven insights and business results

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)
• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, open to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership and drive business outcomes

Nice to Have

* Master's degree in a scientific field

• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and more
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
• Counseling foundation, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently
• Remarkable written and oral communication skills
