Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Virtual Support Team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve post-purchase issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving post-purchase issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

How Does a Customer Service Representative Respond?

* Exhibit Dependability: Show up on time, be available for your full shift, and communicate proactively with your team and manager

  • Handle a High Volume of Calls: Manage an expected 50-60 calls per shift, working in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime
  • Meet Our Superior Performance Bar: Exceed customer satisfaction, meet or exceed performance metrics, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence
  • Expertly Connect with Customers: Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Listen Effectively and Show Empathy: Listen actively to customers, understand their concerns, and provide solutions that address their needs
  • De-escalate Customer Concerns: Utilize refereeing skills to resolve customer issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Issue Tackle: Use critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Be Educated and Versatile: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and technology to provide accurate information to customers
  • Raise Foundational Issues: Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management to enhance the customer experience

What are the Requirements?

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and technology
