Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
• Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing.
• Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolving all data entry-related issues.
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary.
• Resolving Outlier Issues by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
• Making phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outlier Issues.
• Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
• Recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
• Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintaining a functioning expert permit or certification.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Essential level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
• Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, typing in URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
• Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.

• At least one and a half years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
