Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team and help drive our digital marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our Brand Advertising team, you'll be responsible for managing our website, planning and executing brand marketing and e-commerce campaigns across email and SMS channels, and building a solid foundation for our digital marketing practices. Key Responsibilities and Obligations

* Manage our website to ensure that web content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with marketing campaigns and overall business goals.

• Use learnings from our Insights and Research team and key metrics from Google Analytics to implement strategies to improve customer experience and engagement.
• Write, edit, and publish blog articles that are informed by industry trends and best practices.
• Plan and execute brand marketing and e-commerce campaigns across Smith and Wesson email and SMS channels.
• Ideate, create, and schedule content, campaigns, automations, and journeys for Smith and Wesson email and SMS channels.
• Implement division to deliver customized messages.
• Monitor key campaign metrics to optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with FCC, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM regulations in all email and SMS communications.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in website management and Email and SMS marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, web content management, email and SMS marketing software, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of content created for customers.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive individual with a high level of organization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Proven ability to adapt to and learn new processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

* Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required.

• Basic HTML knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in copywriting and content creation for customers.
• Familiarity with email and SMS marketing automation tools.

Physical Requirements

* Must be comfortable working around firearms.

• Prolonged sitting, occasional walking, standing, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, fine and gross hand movements.
• Extended periods of sitting, prolonged computer use, and potential eye strain.
• Intermittent lifting: 0 to 30 pounds.

Workplace and Personal Protective Equipment

* Inside the arenaflex manufacturing facility, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, airborne fluid chemicals, fine particulate dust, surrounding temperatures, and industrial lighting. Workplace is similar to most manufacturing environments. May be exposed to excessive noise, temperatures, hazards related to working around moving equipment, work in confined spaces, exposure to vibrations and shop lighting, continuous exposure to hot temperatures, may be damp, smells, dust, continuous exposure to mechanical hazards, and periodic exposure to chemical hazards.

• The following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required:
• Safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection required while on the manufacturing floor.
• The use of additional PPE may be required when a task (s) is being performed in or around your assigned department or in another department, including safety eyewear, hearing protection, and safety footwear.
