Job Summary
As an Experienced Senior Manager Self Service Engineering – IT Project Leadership and Team Development, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers and project managers to design, develop, and deploy software applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop project plans, and manage project execution. Your expertise in software development, engineering, and project management will be essential in driving project success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of engineers and project managers to design, develop, and deploy software applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop project plans, and manage project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and customer expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, engineering, and project management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving project success
- Strong technical expertise in software development, engineering, and project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Asana
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS and Azure
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools, such as Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
