Job Summary
As a Full Stack IAM Security Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us design, implement, and maintain our IAM systems and processes. You'll work closely with our development teams, IT security specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that our IAM solutions are secure, scalable, and meet the evolving needs of our business. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of emerging threats and ensure that our IAM systems are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate IAM systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems and processes to ensure security, scalability, and compliance
- Collaborate with development teams, IT security specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that IAM solutions meet business requirements
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to employees on IAM systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IAM and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on security and compliance
- In-depth knowledge of IAM systems and processes, including identity management, access control, and authentication
- Experience with IAM tools and technologies, including Okta, Ping Identity, and ForgeRock
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including risk management, threat analysis, and incident response
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on security and compliance
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, including AWS IAM and Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with security frameworks and standards, including NIST and ISO 27001
- Certification in IAM, such as CISM or CISSP
