Responsibilities
As a Customer Relationship Specialist on our night shift team, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Engage with customers on various social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Tinder, and TikTok, to build relationships and provide investment guidance.
- Understand customers' interests, goals, and financial situations to develop personalized investment strategies and recommendations.
- Develop potential customers through social media platforms, leveraging your expertise in social media marketing and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for arenaflex.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic news, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to customers.

- Fluent English: You must be proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Social Media Expertise: You should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Tinder, and TikTok, and be able to leverage these channels to engage with customers and build relationships.
- Customer Service Skills: You must be able to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust and loyalty.
