Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR Records Management Team as a Customer Service Financials and Human Resource Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and storing accurate and current employment records for all associates, processing new hires, promotions, pay increases, transfers, terminations, rehire eligibility checks, and status changes. You'll also be responsible for tracking and generating reporting on course and exam completions, communicating with individuals regarding the same, and providing exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Financials and Human Resource Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing Rehire and Transfer Eligibility Checks, which involves research and investigation of information to come to a conclusion
- Maintaining electronic personnel files and completing all file requests
- Organizing and distributing all incoming paper documents
- Maintaining data integrity and responsible for auditing of data
- Ensuring a 24-48 hour processing turnaround for all requests
- Troubleshooting problems/questions related to processing and bringing resolution to issues
- Serving as a customer service representative to handle questions related to the electronic personnel file and eligibility requests
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to research and investigate information to come to a conclusion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond thoroughly and accurately to questions and requests
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and address deliverables in a timely manner
- PeopleSoft HRMS experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to learn and apply technical information relevant to the job, with a focus on maintaining data integrity at all times
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) applications and Internet Explorer/Edge/Chrome skills are required

- Strong MS Excel skills, particularly as it relates to database management
