Job Summary
As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for executing requests to update and maintain client account records in our core data management systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve record problems, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure that data integrity requirements are met in a timely manner to meet service level targets. Key Responsibilities
* Execute requests to update and maintain client account records in core data management systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve record problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal stakeholders and B2B clients
- Maintain data integrity requirements and ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
- Assist in projects and manage tasks independently, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks
Essential Qualifications
* Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise-wide system interfaces
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and developing new processes
- Ability to assist in projects and manage tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration)
- Experience in data management, customer support, or a related field
- Certification in data management, customer support, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Administrator, Certified Customer Support Specialist)
- Experience working with enterprise-wide systems and relational databases
