Experienced Full Stack Data Architect – Cloud-Based Data Engineering and Architecture

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Architect to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Information Center, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with a team of data architects to improve data models, data quality, and data governance to support business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Data Architecture:

Serve as the subject matter expert in Costco business data spaces or domains (e.g., Sales, Stock, Innovations, etc.).

Define Datasets:

Establish approved datasets for data utilization (e.g., Reporting, Data Science, APIs, etc.).

Develop Data Methodology:

Foster the project data methodology and compositional guidelines for maintaining the performance, quality, data security, and compliance of ensured data collections.

Create Coordination Documentation:

Develop documentation that records how data should move from source systems to the utilization layer (e.g., Source to Target Mappings).

Support Information Stewards:

Uphold Information Stewards in the Delivery Team(s) in capturing and recording business metadata (e.g., definitions).

Assess Existing Data Models:

Evaluate existing data models to improve data speed.

Stay Current on Industry Trends:

Stay up-to-date on data industry trends for data-related advancements, models, and techniques.

Record and Provide Suggestions:

Record and provide suggestions resulting from data quality analysis.

Drive Data Architecture Process:

Drive the data architecture process in collaboration with business engineering.

Build, Advance, and Maintain:

Construct, advance, and maintain theoretical, intelligent, and actual data models.

Prompt Group:

Prompt the group on translating business needs into long-term engineering solutions.

Work with Data Designing and Data Stage Groups:

Collaborate with data designing and data stage groups to lead continuous execution improvement by investigating and presenting new innovations.

Help with Defining Data Coordination:

Assist in defining data coordination, storage, replication, and change conventions for the data layer of technical solutions supported by business engineering.

Participate in Delivery:

Participate in the delivery of functional business execution monitoring capabilities.

Conceptualize Ideas:

Conceptualize ideas with database designers, data specialists, and data researchers to create new data products.

Tutor and Mentor:

Tutor and mentor the data design group on new advancements and approaches in data engineering and designing.

Solid Understanding of Data Set Capacity Ideas:

Possess a solid understanding of data set capacity ideas (social data sets, NoSQL, etc.).

Experience with Data Modeling Tools:

Experience working with data modeling tools (erwin, PowerDesigner).

Experience Architecting and Conveying:

Experience architecting and conveying data integration and ETL solutions.

Experience Planning and Creating:

Experience planning and creating execution advanced data models.

Ready to Help Off Hours:

Be ready to help off hours as required, including in area and all-day, every-day on standby liabilities on a rotational basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ Years' Experience with Data Engineering:

2+ years' experience with data engineering with huge and complex datasets.

2+ Years' Experience with Cloud Advances:

2+ years' experience working with Cloud advances like Azure SQL DB, ADLS, Azure Databricks, Universe DB, and other related datatechnologies.

Skill in Architecting and Creating:

Skill in architecting and creating OLTP data models to support business applications.

Comprehension of Data Base Standardization:

Comprehension of data base standardization procedures.

Experience Driving Data Engineering:

Experience driving data engineering and data solutions through agile software development methodologies.

Openness to the Retail Business:

Openness to the retail business.

Experience Driving Software Development:

Experience driving software development groups.

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills:
