Project manager

This is a remote position. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our project success, driving efficiency, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and scope.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, and critical issues to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and external resources as required for project success.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management methodologies and processes.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience working in the Indian market, understanding local business nuances and challenges.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with risk management and change management frameworks.
