About the Role
At Envar Studio, we’re a Digital Art Outsourcing and Game Development company working with talented artists and game teams from all around the world to help bring games, worlds, characters, and ideas to life. We’re looking for an Art Recruiter who genuinely loves discovering great artists and connecting them with exciting projects. Someone who can scroll through ArtStation for hours and instantly spot strong design, solid fundamentals, or that little spark that makes a portfolio stand out In this role, you’ll help us find and connect with artists across multiple disciplines like 2D art, 3D art and also technical ones like Technical Art/Animation or VFX, and more. You’ll review portfolios, understand the needs and style of different projects, and help build teams that fit both creatively and professionally. You’ll work closely with our production and leadership teams while communicating with artists from different countries, cultures, and time zones. Beyond sourcing talent, we also care deeply about creating a positive and human recruitment experience. We want artists to feel respected, informed, and excited throughout the process, not like they disappeared into a black hole of unanswered messages and mysterious spreadsheets. If you fit that description, apply and come help build the next amazing art teams!
