Account Executive - DACH Region

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to accelerate our growth across the DACH region and help organisations build stronger cultures of integrity with SpeakUp. In this role, you won’t just sell software: you’ll act as a trusted advisor to prospects navigating complex ethics, compliance, and whistleblowing challenges. By understanding each organisation’s unique needs, you’ll guide decision-makers toward tailored solutions powered by SpeakUp® and build long-lasting partnerships along the way. 🚀 What you will do: You will advise our region prospects by understanding their needs and challenges, showing them the possibilities SpeakUp® offers, by advising them to find the best solution for their situation. Your passion and willingness to build knowledge in socio-political developments related to whistleblowing, ethics/integrity, privacy and anti-corruption legislation will allow you to connect with our prospects on a deeper level than just sales. This will enable you to provide valuable advice and create long-term partnerships. Your focus will be on the DACH region market and your existing network and experience in the market will help kick start your journey with us. 🏆 How to thrive in this role: Your genuine interest in socio-political developments surrounding whistleblowing, ethics, integrity, privacy, and anti-corruption legislation will set you apart. You won't just be making sales pitches; you'll be sparking meaningful conversations, forging connections on a deeper level, and ultimately, cultivating long-term partnerships. 🫶🏽 Our ideal Account Executive: 5+ years of relevant professional work experience. Prior experience within the SaaS B2B industry. Prior experience in the Compliance/ethics sector. You bring enough seniority to hold a high-level conversation with stakeholders/decision makers at C-level; Chief Compliance, Legal and HR. You are passionate or open to learn more about ethics, compliance and privacy. You are motivated and driven to succeed - You don’t stop until you get the desired result.
