Country Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the Country Manager role within a fast-paced iGaming environment. In this position, you will be responsible for building the brand’s presence within a specific market from scratch or strengthening an existing setup, while forming and leading a local team. You will oversee traffic, product, payments, and reputation management in close collaboration with central office teams. Experience working within a .com operating model is essential for this role. The Country Manager will act as the full P&L owner for the GEO. This is not a purely marketing, operational, or product-focused position - it combines all three areas into one highly autonomous role. Reporting directly to the CEO/COO, you will take full ownership of the GEO’s performance, from first deposit metrics through to overall unit economics. The role is fully remote. Requirements: Must-have 3+ years of experience in iGaming across affiliate, traffic, product, or country operations Strong understanding of .com economics, including CAC, LTV, NGR, and affiliate revshare models Experience launching and scaling operations in one of the following markets: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Poland, or Germany Experience working with PSP/payment infrastructure within offshore verticals Experience building and managing local teams, including hiring, onboarding, and KPI management Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with dashboards and build actionable hypotheses Understanding of CPA/revshare mechanics and affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, Tune, Cellxpert, etc. Languages proficiency: Upper-intermediate level of English, native/bilingual level of Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, or German Experience working with streamers and influencers within the iGaming sector Nice to have Understanding of crypto payments and on-ramp solutions Experience with Responsible Gaming and compliance processes User-level knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Experience in crisis communications and working with review platforms Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the GEO’s P&L and overall market performance, reporting directly to the CEO/COO Build and scale the brand presence within the target market, either from scratch or by improving an existing setup Manage and coordinate local operations across traffic acquisition, product localization, payments, CRM, VIP, support, partnerships, and reputation management Conduct audits of core metrics, domains, payment infrastructure, affiliate setup, and operational processes Drive user acquisition activities with a strong focus on affiliate traffic and FTD growth targets Oversee CRM and retention initiatives, including reactivation campaigns and local communication channels Develop and manage VIP programs with a focus on increasing GGR contribution from VIP players Ensure customer support performance meets agreed SLA, FRT, CSAT, and FCR targets Coordinate local partnerships, influencer collaborations, media plans, and brand positioning activities Build, onboard, and manage local teams while monitoring operational efficiency and employee engagement Monitor market competition and prepare regular competitive intelligence reports Lead reputation management activities, including review platform monitoring and crisis response coordination Work closely with HQ functions including Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams Track and optimise key business KPIs including FTD, LTV/CAC, retention, NGR, VIP share, payment uptime, support CSAT, and brand sentiment What's in it for you: Direct collaboration with the CEO/COO and fast decision-making processes Full ownership of the GEO, including P&L, team, and strategic direction Dedicated budgets for affiliates, influencers, and infrastructure with a high level of autonomy Support from experienced central office teams across Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech Transparent KPIs and clearly structured growth phases Fully remote setup with a flexible schedule Apply To This Job
