Job Description: Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Außendienst (m/w/*) im Gebiet Baden-Württemberg & West-Österreich für den Bereich Klebetechnik haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und qualifizierte Beratung bestehender Kunden im zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiet Aktive Neukundenakquise sowie gezielte Ansprache von Bestandskunden im Rahmen von Produktneuheiten und Vertriebsaktionen Systematischer Ausbau der Opportunity-Pipeline durch Identifikation und Entwicklung profitabler Projekte Skalierung erfolgreicher Referenzprojekte zur nachhaltigen Umsatzsteigerung Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Identifikation von Potenzialen und Trends Enge und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (insbesondere Marketing, Application Engineering und Channel Management) Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder eine kaufmännische bzw. technische Berufsausbildung Mehrjährige, fundierte Vertriebserfahrung im technischen Umfeld Nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung in einer vertrieblichen Funktion Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des definierten Vertriebsgebiets Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Erfahrung/Kenntnisse im Bereich der Klebetechnik und der hier relevanten Marktsegmente Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Power BI und Salesforce) Eigenmotivation, Teamfähigkeit, Ausdauer und ergebnisorientiert sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Starkes unternehmerisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten Stellenbezogene Informationen: Außendiensttätigkeit –der/die Kandidat:in sollte innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets ansässig sein (idealerweise Raum Stuttgart) PLEASE APPLY UPLOADING YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH.
