Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to support and develop partnerships within the iGaming industry. This role is focused on maintaining relationships with operators, aggregators, and platforms, coordinating commercial processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication with partners across multiple markets. Full remote work format from Europe or hybrid work format for candidates in Warsaw. Responsibilities: Support ongoing relationships with operators, aggregators, and platform partners, acting as a daily communication point for operational matters Assist with partnership documentation, including distribution agreements, NDAs, amendments, and renewal tracking Monitor contract timelines and ensure required partner documentation is properly maintained Manage and update partner information within CRM systems Prepare reports and performance updates for senior partnership stakeholders Collect partner feedback and communicate insights to internal teams to support product and service improvements Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication activities with existing partners Assist with organizing expo participation, partner meetings, and related logistics Process and manage incoming partnership requests from website channels Requirements: 3+ years of experience in partnership, account management, or business development role in a game provider company Good understanding of iGaming products, markets, and industry players Strong background in managing client portfolios and increasing account revenue Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Jira), account management tools High level of attention to detail and a proactive working approach Languages proficiency: at least Upper-intermediate level of English, native/bilingual level of Ukrainian and/or Russian What’s in it for you: Regular business trips to the biggest iGaming conferences and expos worldwide Unlimited growth potential: no ceiling on career progression or earning opportunities Remote-first flexibility or hybrid format (Warsaw office) Days off compensation: 28 days of paid vacation, 10 paid sick leave days, plus paid public holidays Medical insurance, sports compensation, and psychological support services People-first culture focused on work-life balance and transparent communication Team building, internal events, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing iGaming company Apply To This Job
