Description: Works with peers/supervisor, principal investigators, research coordinators, research administrators, and other clinical research stakeholders, study sponsors, and interdisciplinary departments such as Central Pricing, the Center for Research, Controllership, and Physician Contract Management on the review and negotiation of clinical trial budgets, Medicare coverage analysis, establishment and management of PeopleSoft awards and projects. Estimated salary range for this position is $60,249.48 - $78,324.32 / year depending on experience. Qualifications: Degrees: Bachelors. Licenses & Certifications: Collab Inst Training Init. Additional Qualifications: Bachelor of Science preferred. CITI Certification is required or willing to obtain within 3 months. Certification in one or more of the following is preferred, CCRC, CCRP, or CHRC. Research administration or research coordinator experience in a hospital or academic research setting preferred. Strong analytical skills, ability to organize large sets of data and proficiency in arithmetic manipulation, MS Office & Excel required. Excellent attention to details required. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to manage multiple projects/protocols in coordination with interdisciplinary teams and departments required. Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to administration of clinical trials and CMS rules and requirements. Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
