Job Overview One of our clients is seeking a proactive and organized Paraprofessional Recruiter to support the recruitment of healthcare support professionals, including CNAs, PCAs, and PCTs. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates within a fast-paced recruiting environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings/interviews Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers/account managers Verify certifications, credentials, and pre-employment requirements Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment documentation Support offer processing and onboarding coordination Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare support candidates Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

Previous recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience preferred Experience recruiting healthcare support professionals is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment Proficiency with job boards, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting CNAs, PCAs, PCTs, or healthcare support staff Familiarity with onboarding and credential verification processes Experience working with U.S.-based recruitment or staffing teams Work Setup Fully remote role Full-time schedule aligned with New York business hours Apply To This Job
