Overview
We are expanding our remote team and looking for individuals who enjoy helping people turn travel ideas into well-planned, organized experiences. As a Travel Solutions Specialist, you will work with clients to build personalized trip arrangements, support decision-making, and ensure all travel details are coordinated accurately from start to finish. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys structured communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented work in a flexible home-based environment. You'll assist with a wide variety of travel plans including vacations, cruises, international trips, and curated getaways. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in developing complete travel plans including accommodations, flights, cruises, transfers, and activities Identify suitable travel options by reviewing client preferences, goals, and budget considerations Offer tailored suggestions and support to help clients finalize travel decisions Communicate with clients through digital messaging, email, phone, and online platforms Coordinate with travel suppliers to process bookings, updates, and confirmations Keep all reservation details and client records accurate and well-organized Monitor changes in travel availability, promotions, and destination updates Support clients throughout the full booking lifecycle, from inquiry to confirmation Ideal Candidate Interest in travel planning, customer care, or service coordination Strong written and verbal communication abilities Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Basic proficiency with computers and online tools Must be at least 18 years old Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other regions What We Provide Fully remote and flexible work environment Structured onboarding and continuous mentorship Access to professional booking platforms and supplier networks Travel-related incentives and industry perks Growth potential into advanced roles within travel consulting and coordination Apply To This Job
