Graphic Designer
Graphic Designer Business Instincts Group (BIG) is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who takes real pride in their work. We’re searching for someone who thrives in a remote environment, operates with initiative, and understands how strong design elevates brands, products, and user experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who loves clean, polished corporate aesthetics just as much as creative innovation — someone who can move seamlessly between brand design, web interfaces, pitch decks, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral while maintaining a high standard across every touchpoint. You’ll work across a portfolio of exciting client ventures, collaborating with our creative and development teams to bring ideas to life.
What You'll Do
Design High-Quality Digital Experiences Create polished, engaging, and on-brand design assets across a variety of mediums, including: WordPress websites Mobile and web UI concepts Investor and sales pitch decks Email campaigns Social media content Promotional and marketing materials Business development collateral Turn Ideas Into Exceptional Design Transform concepts, wireframes, and business goals into intuitive, visually compelling user experiences that align with modern design standards. Maintain Elevated Brand Standards Ensure consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail across all digital and print assets. Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring projects from concept to execution while clearly communicating your design rationale and ideas. Take Ownership Manage your workload independently, proactively solve problems, and help move projects forward without needing constant oversight. Contribute Creatively Bring fresh ideas, creative direction, and thoughtful recommendations to campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives. You're Probably a Great Fit If You: Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern, professional design work Take pride in producing polished, high-quality deliverables Are highly organized and detail-oriented Thrive in a remote work environment and can self-manage effectively Are a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership over projects Can balance creativity with corporate professionalism Have experience designing for both desktop and mobile experiences Are comfortable working across multiple brands and industries Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional teams Technical Skills & Experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong experience with Figma Experience designing and managing WordPress websites Understanding of UX/UI best practices Ability to present and explain design concepts confidently Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in tech, startups, or fast-paced environments is considered an asset A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field is an asset — but strong real-world experience and an exceptional portfolio matter most to us.
