Salesforce Developer
As a Salesforce Developer you’ll be entrusted to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support mission-critical objectives for federal government customers. You will collaborate closely with consultants, administrators, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant technical solutions while supporting Agile delivery efforts and maintaining a strong focus on quality, security, and operational success. What You’ll Do: · Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and platform solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and API services. · Collaborate with consultants, administrators, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. · Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, technical spikes, sprint reviews, and demos. · Assist with decomposing complex technical capabilities into testable user stories and development tasks. · Support capture of stakeholder feedback and incorporate requirements into product backlogs for future sprint cycles. · Participate in sprint reviews and integration design demonstrations while addressing technical questions and concerns. · Identify technical risks proactively and assist with mitigation planning and implementation. · Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management activities. · Manage deployment activities across development and government environments as required. · Assess vulnerability scan results and resolve identified issues in accordance with government direction and security standards. · Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and solution design artifacts. · Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for deployed Salesforce solutions. · Ensure solutions align with Salesforce leading practices and applicable federal compliance and security requirements. What You’ll Need: · Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience, OR Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience. · Hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and API integrations. · Experience supporting Agile software development environments and participating in Agile ceremonies. · Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders. · Experience managing deployments and supporting release management activities. · Understanding of Salesforce leading practices, security principles, and compliance requirements. · Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and team-oriented environments. · Experience maintaining technical documentation and deployment procedures.
