Visual Designer

Job responsibilities Create visually appealing designs that are functional and user-centered, accessible, and contribute to product branding and visual identity. Collaborate with your team to refine designs based on feedback from research and testing. Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are accurately implemented, accessible, and functional. Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions, providing input on visual and UI design. Job qualifications Technical Skills Strong understanding of visual design principles such as color theory, layout, accessibility, and typography. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually engaging, usable, and accessible designs. Experience working with prototyping tools and a willingness to iterate based on feedback. Professional Skills You enjoy working in agile, cross-functional teams of designers and technologists and you’re capable of planning and managing your visual deliverables. You’re intrigued by complex challenges and can translate them into clean, effective design solutions. You’re a clear communicator and can explain the business impact of your design choices to stakeholders in a way they can easily understand. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy sharing your visual design knowledge with teammates, contributing to a supportive learning environment.
