RequirementsMulti-time Proven PE-Backed CFO Experience: Deep experience as a CFO in a private equity-backed setting, with a strong handle on buy-and-build dynamics, fast growth pressures, board reporting, and investor communications. Hands-On Builder with Systems Expertise: A roll-up-your-sleeves leader who can spearhead NetSuite implementation, build FP&A from the ground up, and enforce process discipline across a fragmented, multi-entity accounting landscape. Strategic Partner & Team Leader: A trusted right hand to the CEO, capable of scaling the finance function, coaching a dispersed team, and establishing rigorous accountability and reporting rhythms. ResponsibilitiesBuild and scale finance function: Set up a solid finance org from scratch, covering financial reporting, FP&A framework, and KPI tracking to support growth. Lead systems integration: Own the rollout and fine-tuning of NetSuite, Salesforce, and field service tools to consolidate accounting and ops data streams. Financial reporting and board communication: Manage month-end close, deliver timely and accurate financials, and provide clear, transparent updates to the board and CEO. Drive accounting discipline and process improvements: Enhance invoicing speed, enforce accountability, and mentor the accounting team for consistent, high-quality execution.
