What You’ll Do Provide clients with clear information about available products, coverage options, and benefits Respond to customer questions and deliver a positive, professional experience Stay knowledgeable on current products, services, and benefit programs Review client needs and help identify options that may improve coverage or reduce costs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is preferred Strong ability to connect with people and build trust Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities Positive, professional, and motivated attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideal Candidate Traits Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow Team player who works well in a supportive environment Confident communicator with a proactive approach Coachable, reliable, and willing to learn Goal-oriented with long-term career ambitions
