Responsibilities
Assist clients by providing clear information about available products and services Answer questions regarding coverage options and account details Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Stay informed on evolving products, services, and benefit programs Review client needs and help identify cost-effective coverage solutions Follow company systems, training, and service standards
Qualifications
