Marketing Operations Assistant
Junior | Remote | Latin America | $950–$1,150 USD/month We're a real estate development company operating across Latin America and the Caribbean, with brands in Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. Our marketing team runs multi-brand campaigns, email programs, and digital funnels for an international buyer audience. We're hiring a Marketing Operations Assistant to own campaign execution so our marketing leadership stays focused on strategy. This is an execution role. You will not be setting strategy or creating content. You will be the person who makes sure everything goes live correctly, on time, every time.
What You'll Do
Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot Set up and update landing pages using existing templates QA test every email, form, link, and CTA before launch Prepare and clean contact lists for campaign sends Track UTMs and verify attribution is set up correctly Pull basic reports and flag performance issues Keep campaign records organized and up to date What We're Looking For 1–3 years in marketing, admin, or a similar operations role Professional English required — all work is done in English Spanish is a plus given our regional markets Has used at least one email marketing or CRM platform (HubSpot preferred) Obsessively detail-oriented: you catch errors others miss Organized by default, not by effort Communicates clearly and follows through without reminders Based in Latin America, available during US Eastern or Central business hours What This Role Is Not Not a content creator.
