En tant que Coordinateur(trice) de réunions, vous devrez : Gérer et traiter efficacement les notes de frais tout en veillant à la conformité des justificatifs Communiquer de manière claire et efficace avec les HCP et les fournisseurs tiers du client afin de collecter les informations nécessaires Analyser les éléments de facturation post-événement pour suivre les frais de déplacement et d’hébergement Maintenir un haut niveau de précision dans la qualité des données et le reporting, dans le respect de délais stricts Collaborer efficacement avec les équipes financières et internes pour garantir des remboursements fluides Vous avez : Excellentes compétences en service client et capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe internationale Solides compétences en service client et capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe internationale Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Une expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique (obligatoire) et une connaissance de Cvent sont un atout Solides compétences organisationnelles pour gérer plusieurs projets simultanément Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais en communication orale et écrite Prêt(e) à franchir une nouvelle étape dans votre carrière ? About the Role

As the first point of contact for HCP expenses, you'll play a key role in ensuring transparency and compliance while juggling multiple projects with ease. Join us in streamlining the reimbursement processes and supporting our team with your keen attention to detail! You’re Good At Efficiently handling and processing expense claims while ensuring all documentation is in check Communicating clearly and effectively with HCPs and client 3rd party supplier to gather necessary information Analyzing post-event billing details to track travel and accommodation expenses Maintaining high accuracy in data quality and reporting within strict deadlines Collaborating seamlessly with finance and internal teams to ensure smooth reimbursements You Might Also Have Strong customer service skills and the ability to work on a global team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in the pharmaceutical industry Experience with compliance controls and documentation retention Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once Ready to take the next step in your career?
