Marketing Assistant
Role Summary The Marketing Assistant provides day-to-day execution and administrative support to the Marketing team, with a strong focus on email marketing support, online reputation management, and data exporting/reporting. This role is best suited for someone with hands-on marketing experience who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with digital tools and data. This is an execution-focused support role, not a strategy or leadership position. Job Details Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM EST | 7:00PM to 4:00AM Manila Time Set-up: Work from Home Will follow Philippine Holidays
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Support Assist with building, scheduling, and sending email campaigns using company-approved platforms Update email lists, manage basic segmentation, and ensure accuracy of contact data Monitor campaign performance metrics (opens, clicks, bounces) and export reports as requested Support proofreading and formatting of email content prior to distribution Online Reviews & Reputation Management Monitor and respond to online customer reviews using approved templates and guidelines Escalate sensitive or negative reviews to the Marketing Manager as needed Maintain logs or trackers of reviews and responses for reporting purposes Data Management & Reporting Export marketing, customer, and campaign data from internal systems and platforms Maintain organized spreadsheets and trackers for marketing activities and results Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports to the Marketing team General Marketing Support Assist with content uploads and updates (website, social media, internal platforms) Support coordination of marketing initiatives and deadlines Perform other administrative or marketing-related tasks as assigned Required Qualifications 1–3 years of marketing or marketing support experience Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar) Experience responding to or managing online reviews (Google, Yelp, social platforms, etc.) Strong data handling skills, including exporting and organizing data in Excel or Google Sheets Excellent written English communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to follow established processes, templates, and brand guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
