Il s'agit d'aider nos clients à traverser des difficultés financières avec dignité, tout en protégeant l'entreprise. En tant qu’Associé(e) en Solutions de Recouvrement, vous occuperez un rôle clé à l’intersection de l'expérience client, de la résolution de fraudes et du rétablissement financier. Vous résoudrez des cas complexes avec précision, urgence et une approche humaine. Le format : Contrat : Durée déterminée (CDD) de 6 mois, temps plein. Lieu : 100 % à distance (partout au Canada). Votre quotidien : Naviguer dans les conversations délicates : Interagir avec des clients en retard de paiement (particuliers et entreprises) via nos canaux entrants et sortants. Vous offrirez des solutions empathiques tout en réduisant les risques pour l'entreprise. Gérer le cycle de vie des dossiers : Résoudre des cas complexes de fermeture de comptes liés à la fraude, au blanchiment d'argent (AML) et aux impayés. Collaborer de manière transversale : Agir en tant que pont opérationnel entre nos équipes de Fraude, de AML et des Opérations pour accélérer les résolutions. Optimiser les processus : Ne vous contentez pas de fermer des tickets. Repérez les tendances, signalez les flux de travail défaillants et aidez-nous à simplifier nos processus de recouvrement. Votre profil : Maître de la désescalade : Vous ne fuyez pas les conversations difficiles. Vous savez équilibrer les besoins de l'entreprise avec une approche humaine. Esprit analytique et rigoureux : Vous repérez les incohérences rapidement. Vous comprenez qu'en matière de fraude et de conformité, la précision des dossiers est une exigence absolue. Esprit d'initiative (« Maker-Owner ») : Vous êtes débrouillard(e) et savez exactement quand prendre une décision autonome ou quand escalader un problème à haut risque. Exigences : 1 ans d'expérience directe en recouvrement (en contact avec la clientèle) sont essentiels. Parfaitement bilingue : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit). Aisance technologique : Capacité à naviguer simultanément sur plusieurs outils (G Suite, JIRA, Zendesk, CRM). Atout : Connaissance des réglementations de recouvrement au Canada ou des bases en SQL.
