The Role This position is a senior management role responsible for all OEM Support Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Country Research Analysts. This role is one of overseeing the consistency of service for the OEM functional and Support team. Build Recruit Product Owner, Support and Scoping resources. Draft OEM processes, work with the OEM Development Manager to build out the TLR development processes. Work with the OEM Development manager on systems needed to support the development cycle; i.e. JIRA, Visualping etc. Design the OEM onboarding processes, document needed internally and externally for clients. Provide assistance to the OEM Development manager who is responsible for the OEM archive scope. Document all processes to a ISO9001 level. Working alongside OEM management peers to build a team that supports one another and is in keeping with Origina principles. Growing Ensuring that OEM country deliverables are consistent with the services Origina provides, dates are delivered timely with high quality. This role is vital in providing high quality support and TLR deliverables to our clients. This position is a senior management role responsible for defining the strategic roadmap and delivery of the OEM function. This role bridges the OEM architecture with our business values, leading all OEM Support Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Country Research Analysts. Define and own a product roadmap. Management multiple teams of Support Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Country Research Analysts globally. Supplement with additional resources or skills as needed. Assist in the creation of processes that are scalable across OEM Support and development as well as using tools to ensure all aspects of scoping are covered. Assist in the management of the Onboarding process for new clients. Work with the Sales team as needed to support deals. Work with the internal teams to ramp up resources to support new countries or products. Provide guidance on the types of skills needed and ensure resources are sourced in a timely manner. Support the teams hiring staff to meet the evolving needs of the support team and scrums and the growth of services globally. Be a dynamic leader and drive innovation encourage ongoing evolution of processes to ensure the teams stay ahead of the curve of an ever-changing business. Work with management on budgeting needs for current and future years. Work with your peers internally to ensure a synergy across the group. Backup leader of OEM business as needed.
