Student Records Data Entry Clerk
This is a remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Student Records Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative operations remotely. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate student information, updating records, reviewing documentation, and assisting with digital file organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Enter and update student records in internal systems Review forms and documents for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized digital files and databases Assist with enrollment and attendance record updates Verify student and parent information Respond to internal record-related requests Perform routine administrative and clerical support tasks Maintain confidentiality of all student information
Requirements
High school diploma Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred Strong typing and computer skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using spreadsheets and online systems
