Business Development Specialist, Teacher & Leader Evaluation Systems (K–12 Education) – Remote Instructional Empowerment Are you a former school district leader ready to scale your impact? Instructional Empowerment is hiring a Business Development Specialist to expand our partnerships with K–12 schools and districts nationwide. About Instructional Empowerment Instructional Empowerment (IE) is a mission-driven organization committed to ending generational poverty and eliminating achievement gaps. We partner with schools and districts to redesign Tier 1 instruction, ensuring deeper learning for ALL students.
