Home Care- On-Call Manger
This will rotate every other week. Sunlight Senior Care is seeking a dedicated and reliable On-Call Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our home care operations by responding promptly to urgent client needs and coordinating care services outside of regular business hours. Your ability to manage crises, communicate effectively, and ensure exceptional service delivery will be vital to enhancing the well being of our senior clients.
Responsibilities
Respond to after-hours calls and emergencies from clients, families, and care staff in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate care schedules and arrange for substitute caregivers as needed to maintain continuity of client care. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and internal teams to resolve concerns and provide updates. Document all communications and actions taken during on-call shifts following company protocols. Collaborate with regular management and care teams to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
Requirements
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within home care or healthcare services preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during off-hours. Reliable access to phone and internet to fulfill remote responsibilities. Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate support to seniors and their families.
